On the 9th October, Andrew and Jenn were once again boarding a plane, this time to be part of Berlin & Australia Arts Exchange from 9th - 20th October at various venues around Berlin, Germany.
The trip was Sydney - Singapore, Singapore - Frankfurt, Frankfurt - Berlin. A total of 33 hours in transit.
While there Andrew and his wife Jenn attended an opening event at the Australian Embassy, Andrew presented and held a drum circle and performance at Arts Access Australia's conference Meeting Place at Podewil, a building from the 1500s near Alexanderplatz. Also along with local drum school Dr Paradiddles Wonderdrumporium he pieced together an all Australian drum clinic at Just Music Berlin's Sky Live Club. He also did an impromptu jam with Todd and Gari - Buck-it in Alexanderplatz, a shopping/transit plaza in central Berlin.
While there, Andrew did an interview for German "Drums & Percussion Magazin" with Cord Radke. This was included in the May 2018 issue.
